In the fall of 2010, an official interest group was formed and in 2012, Lambda Theta Alpha was officially recognized by the University at Albany. It was in the fall of 2012, that twelve resilient ladies officially established the Epsilon Psi Chapter of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc.
